Isabelle is a British Lebanese actor, comedian, voiceover artist and writer. Following an undergraduate degree in French and Film Studies, she trained as a classical actress at Drama Studio London. She started doing comedy in 2016 and has since gigged across the UK and internationally.

Isabelle has taken three shows to the Edinburgh Fringe:

  • Ellipsis (2021)
  • Irresponsabelle (2022)
  • Nebuchadnezzar (2024)

She is in demand as a voice artist, and in addition to commercial work and audiobooks, has narrated two critically acclaimed documentaries for TV, including BAFTA nominated To Catch a Copper .

Awards mean nothing, but...

  • To Catch a Copper (narration) - Broadcast Award Winner 2025
  • RTS Award Nomination - 2025
  • Funny Women Stage Semi Finalist - 2021
  • Screenshot Writer/Performer Commendee - 2020
  • Funny Women Shorts Prize Finalist - 2020

When I’m not talking about myself in the third person or being funny for money I like listening to politics podcasts (I know, I know), watching MAFSA, and being held accountable by the Duolingo owl 🦉.

In case it wasn't obvious, I live in North London and read The Guardian.

I recently gave birth a tiny baby girl. She is my greatest achievement 🥰
